The business was established over 2 years ago. I'm passionate about wellness and health, therefore the idea was to have a side project where I could sell various wellness products. Over time, the product selection became more focused on sleep improvement; however, the store can be easily rebranded to encompass a broader spectrum of wellness products.

Operations:
This store is highly optimized, with many tasks automated, allowing me to spend only about 8 hours per week managing it:
* Customer support, responding to emails;
* Communication with the supplier;
* Running/maintaining advertising campaigns;
* Product research.

Our main supplier (agent) in China manages the entire logistics, from shipping products to handling returns and taking pictures of new products. Over the years, processes have been highly optimized, minimizing my time involvement.

The supplier has access to warehouses in both China and the USA. Consequently, USA customers receive their products within a few days. Orders to other countries are delivered from the China warehouse.
We stock up few best selling products in relative low quantities. This way we manage cashflow and optimize price and fast delivery. Other slower moving products are simply dropshipped without keeping the inventory.

Our great relationship with the supplier over the years has allowed us to constantly secure the best prices, low MOQs (Minimum Order Quantities), and extra services such as professional product photography and videography. This relationship will be transferred to the new owner.
Another supplier handles our supplements. These are white-labeled products featuring our branding. The best part is that they are shipped from the USA and without any MOQ.
There is also a high quality supplier for aromatherapy products in the USA. The MOQs are very low, and all these relationships will be transferred as well.

Products:
Most of our products are evergreen and problem-solving, with a focus on minimal FAD-based items. One of the hero product, based on the customers feedback, has our custom improvements which makes it stand out in the market and has a competitive advantage. 
Recently, we have started to introduce consumable products such as supplements and aromatherapy items. They work great for upselling, but we haven’t yet taken steps to actively promote or expand them. This presents a significant growth opportunity, including the potential for subscriptions. These consumables are shipped from a USA-based supplier with our branded labels and without a MOQ.
The new owner could maintain the sleep niche trayectory, however there is better grow opportinities if more than sleep products would be included: holistic wellness, spiritual, sports and others.
At the moment there is inventory of ~3k which included in the price

Customers & Traffic:
The main traffic sources are Meta ads, supplemented by a bit of Google ads. A significant portion of traffic also comes from organic social media and search efforts.

* Organic/Direct - 23%
* Other (Referal, Paid search) - 8%

Email list: ~10k emails with established automations, contributing to 22% of revenue. There's an additional opportunity to further increase profit margins. Currently, the campaigns are very basic and not strategic, even though main automations are in place.
Google Ads could be introduced as a new channel. I ran Google Ads last year but didn’t maintain it consistently due to my lack of expertise and time.
TikTok has never been utilized, which presents a significant opportunity for growth.
In terms of seasonality, summer are the lowest months as for the most of the ecommerce. Specifically wellness the new year period (starting from January) is a great opportunity since “new year new me” introduce extra demand.

Opportunities for Growth:
* Expand to other regions such as Australia, Europe, and Canada.
* Tap into less known regions. For instance, Mexico has shown great results in our recent tests. We have all material in Spanish.
* Introduce complementary products to the existing customer base (10k email list).
* Broaden the product range beyond sleep to encompass the wider wellness category.
* Improve email campaigns with a more strategic focus.
* Explore new channels: TikTok and Google Ads.
* Implement a subscription model for consumable products.
* Leverage influencer marketing.

Why selling the business? 
This side project has been a rewarding journey and is now well-established, with efficient systems and significant growth potential. However, as I am focusing on other projects, I am unable to give it the attention it deserves. I believe it’s time for someone with fresh enthusiasm and new ideas to take it to even greater heights.
